This item used to be a jumpsuit and has been up-cycled by Clare Rondel from the Eco-Boutique Olde Rope to a dress with leopard print details.
Material:
Main fabric is cotton and leopard print is a cotton mix leftover from reworking other materials. The material is sourced from a Vintage Jumpsuit originally produced in America, but sourced from Mint Vintage in London.
How to take care of this item:
The item can be machine washed at 40 degrees, but not tumble dried as this is not good for the fabrics or the environment.
Note:
This item has some white marks on the bottom of the dress on the side, as its up-cycled from a Military Jumpsuit exposed to a lot of wear.
Comment from designer
I originally decided to rework the item as it had stains on the knees from being exposed to a lot of wear. Transforming it into a dress meant the problem area could be removed and give the garment a new lease of life - something we wholeheartedly believe in here at OLDEROPE. The jumpsuit is one of a few vintage pieces we have on sale within the shop. All are individually handpicked from the wholesalers to ensure the highest quality of vintage is available in store. We also stock other utility wear that has been remade by 'Reworked 348'.
