I was in Liverpool for my birthday with my boyfriend (before I stopped shopping on the high street!) and Whistles seemed like a really posh shop to go in. We went in and happened to find this top on sale at just about an affordable price, so he very kindly bought it for me as a birthday treat.  
 

I haven't worn the top much, which is a lesson in being careful what you buy! It's beautiful and I love the colour and the cut of it, and I think I really wanted it as it would be a 'fancy' thing in my wardrobe. But ultimately it just didn't work with what I already had!
